Many people think that in general they have a peaceful mind. However let's
just first define exactly what a peaceful mind is not. By doing this you clearly be able to see if you do actually indeed have a peaceful mind or if you are just kidding yourself...

Your lines "Learning to be resilient is about refreshing your outlook and staying in present moment awareness. It’s about balancing complexity and embracing life’s contrast with open arms, while celebrating all the glorious aspects of life. A tall order? Well, nobody said it would be easy." is just brilliant....if someone s acutely focused and sinking in the moment then one can actually feel the energy reverberating thro' these lines. Thank u for reminding us once more that life is brilliantly exciting in all its colours and should be 'lived' not merely existing...thro' grief pain joy and all its hues.....after all Life never promised to be any different.

Would love to read your discerning opinion on "giving or having space in relationships"....how much is too much ?
